Football Bus Trip

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!!

The Potomac Valley Chapter of the WVU Alumni is pleased to announce that it will be sponsoring a bus trip to Pittsburgh on Saturday, September 14, 2024 when our West Virginia Mountaineers take on the Pitt Panthers. Game time is set for 3:30 p.m.   

If you are interested in this excursion, the cost is $170.00 per person for Chapter members with paid 2024 dues and $190 for non members.

The cost includes:

• Motor coach transportation to and from the venue and the tip for the driver. As in the past, we will have two (2) pickup locations. The first is in Martin’s Plaza in Keyser. The second is at the First United Bank & Trust in Bel Air Plaza.  (The bus will arrive in Keyser at 9:00 a.m.  We will load the coolers and refreshments onto the bus first and then will allow passengers to board at TBD. The bus will depart from Keyser and arrive at the Bel Air location around 9:30. The bus will then depart at 9:45 for Pittsburgh.
• One entrance ticket into Acrisure Stadium where you will be seated with other the Mountaineers on the bus trip.  Our group of tickets will be located on the WVU side of the stadium in Section 506 (an upper deck location but not in the end zone like the past).
• Refreshments on the bus (water, soda, beer, and an assortment of munchies).

This trip will be offered first to members with paid dues for the current 2024 calendar year.   If you have not paid your 2024 dues, please got to the Membership Page on this website and complete your dues payment.  The bus trip reservation form below is to be completed and submitted along with your payment.  If you prefer to hand deliver or to mail your reservation and payment, you may do so but will not have a reserved seat until both are received by Randy Cirillo.

Current paid members will be accepted until the bus is full based upon the order in which they registered using the registration link below.  If after August 15th any openings should remain, the trip will then be opened to non-members at a cost of $190.  Please make sure you provide a valid e-mail address as the tickets for this event will be provided to us in digital format and transferred to you by email prior to the game.

Our bus trips historically fill fast so please don’t procrastinate in registering to secure your spot.
